Per Ericson becomes President and CEO on February 15th

th Per Ericson becomes President and CEO on February 15 Per Ericson, who was appointed President and CEO of MoDo in the middle of th October 1999, will take up his appointment on February 15 2000. Per Ericson is a graduate in metallurgy engineering and also has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He has joined MoDo from Sandvik, the steel and engineering group, where he was President of Sandvik Steel. Per Ericson will succeed MoDo's present President and CEO, Bengt Pettersson, who gave notice last June of his wish to retire by no later than the 2000 Annual General Meeting. Bengt Pettersson will be nominated for re-election as a member of MoDo's Board.
