Moffat’s new Premier range of Enviro electric bains marie hot cupboards is probably the most efficient and environmentally friendly on the market. The range is designed to take advantage of all Moffat’s latest Green Thinking developments to give a lower carbon footprint and significant savings in running costs. It is ideal for anywhere that needs to hold food for serving, such as schools, hospitals and staff canteens.

Moffat’s Enviro-BM electronically controlled dry heat bains marie is a major breakthough in foodservice. It maintains an accurate and steady temperature throughout the bains marie, giving all the benefits of a wet well unit without the associated problems caused by plumbing and limescale.

The cupboards are fitted with an energy saving forced air heating and recirculation system. This eliminates hot spots by giving an even distribution of heat resulting in faster heat-up times, quicker recovery times and lower running costs.

The bains marie opening takes standard 1/1 gastronorm containers and has a raised lip all round. This prevents food debris dropping into the well and makes it easy to remove the pans – no prising up is necessary. For cleaning and maintenance, the sliding doors lift off and the fan assisted heating mechanism lifts out.

There are five different models in the range. All have a hard-wearing stainless steel interior and exterior. Sizes range from two to six bains marie capacity, with lengths from 884mm to 2196mm respectively.
