Mölnlycke Holding AB signs EUR 350,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility
The successful closing and signing of Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility was finalised today by nine participating banks. Nordea acted as the Documentation and Facility Agent.
We are pleased to announce the successful closing and signing of a EUR 350,000,000 Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility (the “Facility”) for Mölnlycke Holding AB (publ) (“Mölnlycke”).
Mölnlycke is a world-leading medical solutions company. We design and supply solutions to enhance performance at every point of care – from the hospital to the home. We specialise in solutions for managing wounds, improving surgical safety and efficiency, and preventing pressure ulcers. Our products are available in approximately 100 countries worldwide. Mölnlycke was founded in 1849. Our headquarters are in Gothenburg, Sweden and we employ around 7,500 people. Since 2007, we belong to Investor AB, the leading owner of Nordic-based international companies.
The Facility has a five year tenor with two one year extension options and will be used to refinance existing facilities and for general corporate purposes. Pricing on the Facility will not be disclosed.
