Lipsy, part of the Next group, began using the Momentis Fashion System to support its operations in 2007. Since then it has expanded its customer base throughout the US and European markets, increased its number of retail outlets by 50 and quadrupled to over a million the number of units sold to wholesalers annually.

Confident in Momentis software, Lipsy has expressed its intention to move beyond the core Momentis Fashion System and begin implementing its portal software to achieve greater supply chain management capabilities. Using the Vendor Connect portal, Lipsy’s suppliers will be able to remotely and instantly view and update RFQs, costing packages, technical specs and production statuses as well as view and track orders. Mr. Corin sums up the expected benefits in stating that “by providing suppliers with real-time access to information via the Momentis portal, Lipsy will be able to build on those relationships and provide a simple, fast, easy way of collaborating that will drive cost benefits on both sides.”
