Monodraught’s Cool-Phase System Wins Prestigious Ashden Award
Natural ventilation specialist Monodraught has been awarded the Impax Ashden Award for Energy Innovation for its COOL-PHASE® natural cooling system. The award was presented by The Hon. Sir Jonathon Porritt at the Ashden Awards ceremony hosted on 20th June at London’s Royal Geographical Society.

By using phase change material (PCM) as a thermal energy store and combining it with intelligently controlled ventilation to actively ventilate and cool buildings, Monodraught’s Cool-Phase system can maintain temperatures within the comfort zone, while radically reducing energy consumption by up to 90% compared to conventional cooling systems.
