Knud Stubkjær to join the Board of Unifeeder

Montagu Private Equity is pleased to announce that Knud Stubkjær, previously with A.P. Møller-Mærsk, will join the Board of Unifeeder as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2008.

“Mr. Stubkjær is a strong operator with a great reputation, and we look forward to his contributions as a member of Unifeeder’s Board where his skills and extensive industry experience will add significant value” said Jesper Kristensen, Chief Executive of Unifeeder.

Unifeeder was acquired by Montagu Private Equity in July 2007.
