Former US Ambassador to Ukraine to Speak at Montgomery College, April 3
William B. Taylor Jr., US ambassador to Ukraine from 2006-2009, will speak at Montgomery College’s Rockville Campus Thursday, April 3, from 2 to 3:15 p.m., in the Gudelsky Building, Room 224. His lecture, “Ukraine: From Orange Revolution to Euromaidan,” will focus on the volatile political tensions between Russia and Ukraine.
