“Nina’s Familia,” the first bilingual spinoff from CoComelon, launches on YouTube Friday, September 29 with new episodes weekly

LOS ANGELES, CA - September 29, 2023 – Moonbug Entertainment, a subsidiary of Candle Media, today announced the launch of “Nina’s Familia,” the newest CoComelon spinoff series starring JJ’s lovable, sporty classmate and friend, Nina Reyes. First debuting on CoComelon in 2019, Nina is ready to take on the world with all new adventures full of excitement, fun, friends and of course, familia.

“Nina's Familia” is an extension of the CoComelon universe, but now from the Reyes family perspective. Through the same style of three-minute songs and nursery rhymes that made CoComelon a worldwide phenomenon, children will now experience stories of family, social-emotional learning, positivity and healthy habits through the lens of a bilingual multigenerational Mexican-American family.

CoComelon gives important early life lessons a soundtrack with a song for every big-little moment and with “Nina’s Familia” they now have a Spanish twist. The series will include Spanish in many episodes, with some fully in Spanish, with songs including ¡Dale, Dale, Dale!, Pin Pon es un Muñeco and Estrellita Dónde Estás. In addition to language, “Nina's Familia” will also include culturally significant storylines and songs that Mexican-American kids and their families are certain to recognize and enjoy like Día de los Muertos and Noche Buena Christmas.
