MOONBUG ENTERTAINMENT LAUNCHES MOONBUG CHANNEL IN THE MALDIVES AND MONGOLIA AS PART OF APAC EXPANSION

Moonbug Channel to become available on MediaNet (The Maldives) and Univision (Mongolia)

SINGAPORE, 26 SEPTEMBER 2023 - Moonbug Entertainment, a subsidiary of Candle Media, today announced further expansion into the APAC territory with Moonbug Channel launches in The Maldives and Mongolia. The channel, which is partnering with MediaNet in the Maldives and Univision in Mongolia, features content from across the Moonbug portfolio of beloved IPs and is scheduled to launch across the different territories throughout the month of September.

These agreements will bring up to seven the number of Moonbug’s channel partners across six markets in Asia and signifies the relevance of Moonbug’s IP amongst local audiences.

The Moonbug Channel airs in English and has been carefully designed to put families at the forefront, supporting parents and carers throughout their daily routines such as mealtime, bath time and more. All Moonbug IPs will be featured including CoComelon, Blippi, Gecko’s Garage, Arpo, Little Baby Bum, as well as more recent acquisitions such as Little Angel and Oddbods.
