Mott MacDonald expands its infrastructure finance and investment team

Mott MacDonald is expanding its infrastructure finance and investment team in response to the growth of commissions and opportunities in international markets. John Seed becomes head of the 80-strong division– which now comprises three teams:

UK & International - managed by Russell Dallas from London (who also continues to lead Mott MacDonald's waste sector advisory business), France and Francophone countries - managed by Philippe Rapin in Paris, and North America - managed by Fergal Lalor in Toronto.

Supporting John Seed as division manager are Chris McMonagle, who takes on John’s previous role of development manager, and Keith Mitchell as operations manager. Former division manager Majid Haquani has relocated to lead Mott MacDonald's management consultancy team in the USA.

Mott MacDonald’s award winning team has advised on a portfolio of over 100 project finance deals in 2011, including over $5 billion of closed deals. Flagship 2011 closed projects include CHUM Hospital Montréal, Pan Am Games Toronto 2015 Athletes’ Village, South Tyne and Wear Waste Partnership PFI Project, Beveren Prison PPP, Nice Stadium PPP and Balard French Defence Ministry Pentagon PPP.
