Keith Howells, Mott MacDonald’s chairman said: “The Sunday Times Best Big Companies is becoming increasingly competitive and to be included in the top 25 for the sixth year in a row is a fantastic achievement for Mott MacDonald. As a company we continually aim to provide our staff with an environment for both working and learning and this result is a testament to those efforts.”

This recognises the company as having first class workplace engagement practices, including exceptional motivation, inspiration and staff retention levels.
The Best Companies survey is recognised as one of the UK's most prominent surveys of workplace engagement and satisfaction based on the responses of over 231,599 employees across 1082 companies. The survey examines the key components of a happy and successful workplace and evaluates each organisation’s key statistics, processes and policies. The survey involves employee participation as well as the completion of an organisation questionnaire.
