Mott MacDonald's new London office at 10 Fleet Place(1), London, UK, has achieved a RICS Ska(2) Gold sustainability rating. The consultancy took the decision to undertake a sustainable fit-out prior to moving all its main London offices to this location in the centre of the City. Mott MacDonald project managed the fit-out and provided cost management, Ska assessment, building services engineering, IT, and structural engineering. The consultancy was also CDM-coordinator.
