Construction has started on the new €40 million Hospital Logistic Centre in Belfort, France. Mott MacDonald is monitoring design and construction on behalf of Vinci Construction France. The consultancy previously acted as lenders’ technical advisor on the project, providing technical, operational, maintenance, cost and contractual advice. The 14,000 sq m facility will accommodate laundry, kitchen, warehouse and pharmacy services, as well as maintenance technical rooms and administrative offices for a new 800-bed hospital being built adjacently.
