Executive management appointment
Modern Times Group MTG AB (publ.) (‘MTG’ or ‘The Group’), the international entertainment broadcasting group, today announced the appointment of Patrick Svensk as Vice President of Content MTG and Chairman of MTG’s Modern Studios business. Modern Studios comprises all of the Group’s content production businesses, including Strix Television, and operates internationally to develop and sell formats around the world.
Patrick Svensk was the founder and CEO of the Zodiak Television group of TV production companies, which became Zodiak Media Group and is a leading international TV production company. Patrick previously served as CEO of MTG’s TV3 Sweden channel and CEO of Swedish TV channel Kanal 5.
Calle Jansson continues in his role as President of Strix Television.
