Øyvind Holtedahl, EVP Marketing, Strategy & Innovation, purchased 268 shares.
After the transaction he holds 12 793 shares.

Ola Dalen, EVP Corporate Projects, purchased 482 shares.
After the transaction he holds 52 888 shares.

Lars Opsahl, EVP Regions Norway, purchased 736 shares.
After the transaction he holds 63 714 shares.

Johan Arntzen, EVP Greater Oslo, purchased 106 shares.
After the transaction he holds 6 145 shares.

Leif Øie, EVP Architecture, purchased 402 shares.
After the transaction he holds 9 559 shares.

Jörgen Hasselström, EVP Energy, purchased 268 shares.
After the transaction he holds 5 268 shares.

The shares were purchased from Multiconsult on 12 June 2019.

In total Multiconsult sold 2 262 shares and after the sale Multiconsult holds 0 own shares.

The transaction was based on a price of NOK 45.11 per share, which is a 30% discount of the volume-weighted average share price of NOK 64.44 per share traded on Oslo Børs in the period between 23 May 2019 - 29 May 2019.
