Multiconsult initiates share buyback in connection with employee share purchase programme

The number of shares acquired on 28. November did not meet the demand from the employee share purchase programme. Multiconsult has therefore decided to initiate a share buyback programme for approximately 352 000 shares in the market in connection with its employee share purchase programme.

The buyback programme will be conducted in accordance with the authorisation provided by the ordinary general meeting to the board of directors on 25 April 2019.

The buyback will be executed through a reverse Dutch auction at a price of maximum 64.00 NOK per share on Oslo Børs. The programme will be initiated today and terminated on Wednesday 4 December 2019 at 16:30 CET.

Arctic Securities has been engaged to execute the auction and shareholders wanting to sell shares can contact Arctic Securities at phone: +47 22 93 72 41 / +47 47 24 58 38."

The shares purchased under this programme will be used for Multiconsult’s employee share purchase programme as approved by the ordinary general meeting on 25 April 2019.
