    At the annual general meeting in Munters Group AB held today, the following main resolutions were passed. Adoption of the income statement and the balance sheet for the company and the group The general meeting resolved to adopt the presented income statement and the balance sheet as well as the consolidated income statement and the consolidated balance sheet for 2025. Appropriation of results The general meeting resolved, in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, that dividend is to be distributed with SEK 1.60 per share, to be paid in two equal instalments of SEK 0.
