Lars Engström appointed new CEO of Munters AB

As previously announced Lennart Evrell will leave his position as President and CEO of Munters AB. Lars Engström, Atlas Copco, has been appointed new President and CEO.

Lars Engström, 43 years, is since 2002 Divisional President of Atlas Copco Underground Rock Excavation Division, which is based in Örebro, Sweden, and one of the larger divisions within the business area Construction and Mining Technique. He has been working within various areas of Atlas Copco both in Sweden and abroad since 1994. ”Lars has had a very successful career within Atlas Copco and has extensive international experience from leading various businesses comprising development, manufacturing, sales and service, experience that well fits Munters”, says Berthold Lindqvist, Chairman of Munters. Lars Engström will take up the position during the fall. Lennart Evrell will leave his position on the 1st of June.
