Munters receives major order for environmental friendly climate systems Munters HumiCool has received an order from Sandvik Coromant for the TM environmental friendly climate system DesiCool . The order comprices three sorption climate systems, which operates without CFC's or any other ecologically harmful substances. TM "We chose Munters' DesiCool system mainly because we want to reduce the use of CFC's. Munters offers an environmental alternative which in addition is cost-effective", says Kent Andersson, HVAC Manager at Sandvik Coromant. TM Munters will install three DesiCool systems at Sandvik Coromant between TM June and October 2000. The order value is SEK 6,5 million. The DesiCool systems replace climate systems based on CFC's and are especially adjusted to live up to the very high climate demands in Sandvik Coromant's production areas. The new climate systems will also decrease heating costs during winter time for Sandvik Coromant. The systems generate heat which will be used to heat new premises at Sandvik Coromant. TM DesiCool is an environmental friendly and cost efficient climate control system that combines Munters' evaporative coolers and desiccant rotors. The system is cost-effective thanks to low operating- and TM installation-costs. Munters has delivered complete DesiCool systems since 1999, among others to Infra Business Center north of Stockholm. TM "We see a big market potential in DesiCool . This system is very well suited for commercial premises in Northern and Central Europe", says Mats R Karlsson, Divisional Manager Munters HumiCool Europe For further information, please contact: Lennart Evrell, VD Munters AB Tel: 08-626 63 03, e-post: lennart.evrell@munters.se ------------------------------------------------------------ Please visit http://www.bit.se for further information The following files are available for download: http://www.bit.se/bitonline/2000/06/19/20000619BIT01210/bit0001.doc http://www.bit.se/bitonline/2000/06/19/20000619BIT01210/bit0002.pdf
