Munters receives order for environmental friendly climate control system

Munters receives order for environmental friendly climate control system to InfraCity in Stockholm Munters HumiCool has received an order worth SEK 10 million from TM Vasakronan InfraCity. The order is for DesiCool - Munters' new climate system that operates without CFC's or any other ecologically harmful substances. TM "We chose DesiCool because it is an environmental friendly system," says Lars Brötell, real estate manager at Vasakronan InfraCity. "It feels very good to be able to use a system which is totally free from environmental harmful substances." TM DesiCool is an environmental friendly and cost efficient climate control system that combines Munters' evaporative coolers and desiccant rotors. Munters latest rotor technique made the order to InfraCity possible. TM Munters' will install 12 DesiCool -systems at Infra Business Center, one TM of Sweden's biggest building sites. DesiCool will create a perfect indoor climate in the exhibition hall, auditorium, conference centers, office spaces and restaurant occupying a total of 40,000 square meters. "We experience an increasing demand from the market for solutions that are free from CFC's. Sweden is leading this market shift. The Swedish customers have very high demands," says Mats R Karlsson, Division President Munters HumiCool Europe. TM "We see a big market potential in DesiCool ," he says. "This system is very well suited for commercial spaces for Northern and Central Europe - and it offers cost efficient climate control, thanks to low maintenance- and installation- and operating costs."
