Munters sells environmental friendly climate control system to Sandvik subsidiary in Germany

Walter AG, Münsingen, Germany has ordered Munters environmental friendly DesiCool™ system. Walter AG is a subsidiary of Sandvik Tooling.

Munters DesiCool system is an environmental friendly climate control system driven with heat to create cooling, suitable for production premises and large offices. The DesiCool system controls both temperature and air humidity which enables production at a high and consistent quality. In the case of Walter AG, surplus heat from the production process is used which gives very low running costs. “The customer had his mind set on another solution, but our DesiCool system proved superior and excelled particularly in running cost benefits, says Dietmar Müller, VP Sales & Marketing, Munters Dehumidification Industrial Europe. “This means that we have installed 14 DesiCool systems during one year in Germany only,” Dietmar Müller adds.
