Munters strengthens operations in Asia

As part of a long-term strategy to substantially increase manufacturing and sales in Asia, the Board of Directors of Munters AB has approved an expansion of the plant in Beijing.

“By doubling the size and capacity of the existing facility we expand our capability to offer a much broader range of products and services to our customers in the region”, says Jonas Samuelson, acting CEO of Munters AB. The facility is utilized by the Dehumidification and HumiCool divisions. The completion is scheduled for the third quarter 2007, at an estimated investment of SEK 30 million.
