Offering of Warrants to Senior Executives in Munters AB (publ) The Annual General Meeting in Munters decided on April 25, 2001 to offer senior executives to purchase warrants. The offer was accepted by 49 senior executives who subscribed for between 2,000 warrants up to 25,000 warrants per person. A total of 245,500 warrants have been allotted, of which the CEO, Lennart Evrell, purchased 25,000 warrants. The subscription price has been stipulated to SEK 263 per share, corresponding to 165% of the average of quoted highest and lowest prices paid computed for each trading day on Stockholmsbörsen during the period May 2 - 8, 2001. Handelsbanken Investment Banking has calculated a price of SEK 9.30 per warrant using the Black-Scholes option pricing formula. The warrants may be exercised to subscribe for shares in Munters AB during the period May 1 - October 29, 2004.
