Additional order to Micronic for a pattern generator for advanced display production Micronic Laser Systems AB, Sweden, is pleased to announce that it has received an additional major order for a multi beam laser pattern generator for production of photomasks for active e.g. TFT-LCD displays from one of the leading photomask producers. Delivery will take place during year 2000.
