Change in shareholding

Micronic´s Chairman of the Board Lars Nyberg has acquired 20,000 Micronic shares from the President and CEO Sven Lofquist and family. After this transaction Lars Nyberg holds 70,000 shares and Sven Lofquist and family hold 125,000 shares in Micronic.
