Change in shareholding

TABY, Sweden – April 25, 2006 – Micronic Laser Systems AB (Stockholm Exchange’s “O list”: MICR), a leading global supplier of laser pattern generators for photomasks, today announced changes in shareholding.

Micronic’s President Sven Lofquist has sold 35,000 shares in Micronic. After this transaction Sven Lofquist holds 37,500 shares. Micronic´s Chairman of the Board Lars Nyberg has sold 20,000 Micronic shares. After this transaction Lars Nyberg holds 50,000 shares.
