Micronic and Etec settle litigation Täby, Sweden, June 1, 2001 -- Micronic Laser Systems AB (Stockholmsbörsen's Attract 40: MICR), is at the forefront in semiconductor and display laser pattern generators for the production of photomasks to the world wide industries. Micronic Laser Systems, Inc. and Micronic Laser Systems AB ("Micronic"), together with Etec Systems, Inc. announce that they have settled the litigation currently pending between the companies in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Terms of the settlement are confidential.
