Micronic Announces Order for Advanced TFT-LCD Photomask Pattern Generation Tool Taby, Sweden - September 22, 2003 - Micronic Laser Systems AB (Stockholmsborsen's Attract 40: MICR), a leading manufacturer of laser pattern generation equipment to the display and semiconductor industries, today announced that the company has received an order for an LRS series advanced TFT-LCD photomask pattern generation tool from Japan. The tool is expected to ship during the second half of 2004.
