Micronic Enters Korean Advanced Packaging Applications Market with First Korean Order for MP80+ Laser Pattern Generator Taby, Sweden - July 9, 2004 - Micronic Laser Systems AB (Stockholmsbörsen's Attract 40: MICR) today received the first order from a Korean company for its MP80+ multi-purpose laser pattern generation system. The system, scheduled to ship in the first quarter of 2005, can be used in typical 100 nm multi-purpose pattern generation applications, including, ball grid array (BGA), chip scale packaging (CSP), wafer level packaging (WLP) and passive matrix LCDs.
