Micronic has appointed the nomination committee Taby, Sweden - January 28, 2004 - Micronic Laser Systems AB (Stockholmsborsen's Attract 40: MICR), a leading manufacturer of laser pattern generation equipment to the display and semiconductor industries, today announced that the nomination committee has been appointed, as per the decision taken at the Annual General Meeting on 25 March, 2003. The following persons have been appointed: Lars Öjefors, Stiftelsen Industrifonden Jesper Lyckéus, Capital Group Fonder Marianne Nilsson, Robur Fonder Börje Ekholm, Investor At the Annual General Meeting on March 24, 2004, the nomination committee will present the suggested members of Micronic´s Board of Directors.
