Micronic receives a repeat order for a pattern generator for advanced TFT- displays Täby, Sweden, February 12, 2001 - Micronic Laser Systems AB (OM Stockholm Exchange: MICR) is at the forefront in semiconductor and display laser pattern generators for the production of photomasks to the world wide electronic industries. Micronic today announces a repeat order for a LRS11000 multi beam laser pattern generator for production of advanced photomasks for color filters used in TFT-displays. The order was placed by one of the major customers in Japan, a world leading photomask producer. Delivery will take place during the summer 2001. "The order shows a continued strong market within the display segment, which is in line with our upgraded forecast", says Bert Jeppsson, President and CEO of Micronic Laser Systems AB.
