Micronic receives an order for a Sigma7300 system for production of advanced semiconductor photomasks Taby, Sweden, June 30, 2003 -- Micronic Laser Systems AB (Stockholmsbörsen's Attract 40: MICR), a leading manufacturer of laser pattern generation equipment to display and semiconductor industries, today announced that it has received an order from an advanced Asian mask shop for a Sigma7300 system. The system is expected to be delivered this year. The Sigma7300 combines the resolution of the electron beam technology with the productivity of the laser technology in an elegant and unsurpassed way. Sigma7300 is based on Micronic's exclusive SLM-technology (Spatial Light Modulator) and is aimed for the most advanced applications for semiconductor photomasks.
