Micronic receives an order for three pattern generators for electronic packaging applications Täby, Sweden, September 29, 2000 - Micronic Laser Systems AB (OM Stockholm Exchange: MICR), who is at the forefront in semiconductor and display laser pattern generators for the production of photomasks to the world wide electronic industries, is pleased to announce today that we have received an order for three laser pattern generators. The systems will be used for photomask production for state-of-the-art electronic packaging for the semiconductor industry. Delivery will take place during the first half year of 2001.
