Micronic receives major order for a pattern generator for advanced display production Micronic Laser Systems AB, Sweden, is pleased to announce that it has received a major order for a multi beam laser pattern generator for production of photomasks for active e.g. TFT-LCD displays from one of the leading photomask producers in the world. Delivery will take place during the fourth quarter of year 2000. "This repeat order strengthens our position as a supplier of leading edge laser pattern generators for the growing world market for TFT-LCDs.
