Micronic receives order for a LRS11000 system for TFT photomask production Taby, Sweden, June 30, 2003 -- Micronic Laser Systems AB (Stockholmsbörsen's Attract 40: MICR), a leading manufacturer of laser pattern generation equipment to display and semiconductor industries, today announced that it has received an order from an Asian customer for a LRS11000 TFT3 system. The system will be delivered during the fourth quarter of this year. The LRS11000 TFT3 a high-throughput laser pattern generator for producing the most advanced TFT-LCD photomasks. With multiple exposure beams, HyperChannel data path, AutoCalibration and a host of other technologies, the Micronic LRS11000 is optimized for outstanding precision and cost-effective photomask production.
