Micronic receives order for an Omega6000 series laser pattern generator Täby, Sweden, December 27, 2002 -- Micronic Laser Systems AB (Stockholmsbörsen's Attract 40: MICR), a leading manufacturer of laser pattern generation equipment to the semiconductor and display industries, today received an order for an Omega6000 series laser pattern generator from a Japanese customer. The system will be used to manufacture a wide variety of photomasks for semiconductor applications. Delivery will take place this year.
