Micronic receives order for Omega6000 from Japanese semiconductor device maker Micronic Laser Systems AB, Sweden, is pleased to announce that it has received an order for an Omega6000 series pattern generator from a Japanese semiconductor device maker. Delivery will take place during the second half of year 2000. - The order is another proof of confidence from the semiconductor industry in Micronic's technical and innovative solutions for laser patterning, says Sven Löfquist Executive Vice President of Micronic Laser Systems AB.
