Micronic receives order for Omega6000 from Japanese semiconductor device maker

Micronic receives order for Omega6000 from Japanese semiconductor device maker Micronic Laser Systems AB, Sweden, is pleased to announce that it has received an order for an Omega6000 series pattern generator from a Japanese semiconductor device maker.
