Micronic receives record MSEK 100 order Micronic Laser Systems AB, Sweden is pleased to announce that it has received a record MSEK 100 order for two laser pattern generators for production of photomasks for active TFT-LCD displays from one of the leading photomask producers in the world. Included in this dual order is one multi-beam pattern generator that is advancing the state-of-the-art in display photomask production.
