Micronic receives semiconductor order Micronic Laser Systems AB has received an order for an Omega pattern generator from a US customer. The system will be used for production of semiconductor photomasks. "For Micronic this order is further confirmation of our entry into the semiconductor market" says Bert Jeppsson, President and CEO of Micronic.
