Micronic Receives System Order for Advanced TFT-LCD Photomask Pattern Generator LRS11000 Series tool to be delivered to Asia-based customer Taby, Sweden - November 6, 2003 - Micronic Laser Systems AB (Stockholmsborsen's Attract 40: MICR), a leading manufacturer of laser pattern generation equipment to the display and semiconductor industries, today announced that an Asia-based customer has placed an order for an LRS11000 series pattern generator. The customer will use the Micronic system in the volume production of advanced TFT-LCD photomasks. The system is expected to ship during the first half of 2004.
