The system will be used for photomask production for electronic packaging applications. Delivery will take place during the first half year of 2001. The Micronic MP80+ combines the three most important properties of a multi purpose pattern generator for photomask production; leading edge quality, extremely high throughput and flexibility for different substrates, processes and applications. This makes it well suited for encoders and electronic packaging applications in virtually any mask shop environment.
