The system will be used for photomask production for electronic packaging applications. Delivery will take place during the first half year of 2001. The Micronic MP80+ combines the three most important properties of a multi purpose pattern generator for photomask production; leading edge quality, extremely high throughput and flexibility for different substrates, processes and applications.
