At MyFirstApp Sweden AB (publ) Annual General Meeting on June 9 2023, it was decided in accordance with the board's proposal for a set-off issue in connection with the acquisition of 10Monkeys, which is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The share capital amounts to a total of SEK 16,848,892.75 and the number of shares amounts to 3,369,778.

At the Annual General Meeting, a decision was also made, in accordance with the Board's proposal, for a consolidation of 336,977,855 shares (reverse split), 1:100 by consolidating 100 shares into 1 share. The Board was authorized to decide on the determination of the record date for the split. The Board has now decided that the record date for the consolidation will be 7 July 2023, which means that the last day of trading in the share before the consolidation is 5 July 2023. The first day of trading with consolidated shares and a new ISIN code is 6 July 2023. The consolidation will automatically take place via Euroclear Sweden AB, and shareholders do not need to take any action. In connection with the consolidation, the company's shares have received a new ISIN code. New ISIN code: SE0020541589. After the consolidation has been carried out, the total number of shares in the company will amount to 3,369,778 shares.
