MyFirstApp Sweden AB ("MyFirstApp" or "The Company") announces that the Company's shareholder, NanoCap Intressenter AB (publ), due to dilution after the Company's offset issue, has crossed the flagging threshold of 50 percent.

NanoCap Intressenter AB's total shareholding amounts to 1,615,818 shares today, equivalent to approximately 48.0 percent of votes and capital in MyFirstApp.
