Delisting of N&T Argonaut AB's shares

Delisting of N&T Argonaut AB's shares Simbel Investment AB has acquired more than 90 percent of the number of shares and votes in N&T Argonaut AB through a public offer. Against this background, the Board of Directors of N&T Argonaut AB has decided to apply for delisting of the company's A and B shares from the OM Stockholm Exchange A-list. The Board of N&T Argonaut AB has proposed that delisting should become effective as of February 15, 2000.
