Nanoform sets two new near-term business targets for 2022

Helsinki, Finland – Nanoform, an innovative nanoparticle medicine enabling company, today announced two new near-term business targets for 2022. Nanoform’s near-term business targets are as follows, where the two first ones are new, while the two latter ones are re-iterated:

• At least 20 new customer non-GMP¹ projects in 2022 (+67% vs 2021 target)
• At least 3 new customer GMP projects in 2022 (+200% vs 2021 target)
• Biologics pilot line for GMP in 2022 (announced Nov 25, 2021)
• 2 new GMP lines in 2022 (announced Feb 26, 2021)

Nanoform also re-iterated its 2025 mid-term business targets of:

• To nanoform at least 70 new APIs² annually
• To have in place 35 operating production lines of which 7 to 14 are expected to be GMP production lines
• Over 90 percent gross margin
• Approximately 200-250 employees
• To be cash flow positive
