Several of Napthine Porter’s clients will be at Bristol this weekend, with many exhibiting new and exciting products fresh from CES 2013 and making their UK debut. Here’s a guide to what’s new from our client portfolio.

What: New Element USB Cable
Atlas is demonstrating, in its third floor demonstration room, the clear improvements that quality dielectrics, conductors and plugs make to sound quality. Downstairs in the Bristol Suite, Atlas is demonstrating its new Element USB cable and selling, at very substantial discounts, a variety of second, discontinued and used stock on a first come first served basis.

What: new ASU-100 wall shelf
Newcomer Audio Suspension will be showing off its beautifully crafted Perspex wall shelf, the ASU-100, and inviting show-goers to enter a free prize draw to win a unit. Designer Adam Billingham will be on hand to talk about the design and discuss custom options for consumers wanting bespoke solutions for precious turntables, individual components and even complete systems.

What: new DSX 1000 streamer on demo, plus new SPM1200 MkII power amp
Chord Electronics will be taking a suite at Bristol with the new DSX 1000 advanced network streamer making its debut. Hear the DSX along with the new SPM1200 MkII power amp, a Chord Electronics classic, and discover the Red Reference MkIII CD player, plus some of the best models from the Choral and Chordette ranges.
Visitors can win a £990 QuteHD DAC over the weekend and full Chord Electronics systems can also be found in two further rooms: Atlas Cables and Hi-Fi Choice.

What: new CAD1543 USB super-DAC
Computer Audio Design will debut its incredible CAD 1543 USB DAC at Bristol and demonstrate how careful CD rips can sound better than the CDs themselves! What: new Anniversary Series System plus streamers and die-cast chassis galore
Cambridge’s finest audio manufacturer will be unveiling the Anniversary Series System to the public during closed demos with Technical Director Peter Bartlett in the Cabot suite. For those of you who made the launch in Soho recently, here’s the chance to hear this painstakingly fine-tuned system sing. What: New D100 digital preamp and full McIntosh system
Napthine Porter’s latest client, McIntosh Laboratory, will be demoing its new D100 digital preamp, which at £3,000 offers incredible value and entry into the exclusive McIntosh owners’ club! What: New HV (High Voltage) Series
The new HV (High Voltage) Series makes its UK premier at Bristol this weekend.
