28 March 2011 NATIONAL ENERGY BOARD WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER TOLLS ON ENBRIDGE SOUTHERN LIGHTS PIPELINE

CALGARY - The National Energy Board (NEB or Board) will hold an oral public hearing to consider the tolls and tariffs on Enbridge Southern Lights GP (ESL) pipeline. Imperial Oil (Imperial) has filed a complaint with the Board about the current tolls and tariffs on the ESL pipeline. As a result, the NEB is holding a hearing to consider if the tolls are just and reasonable, if the uncommitted tolls are unjustly discriminatory and if they are an unreasonable impediment to potential uncommitted shippers.
