National Wildlife Federation Reveals “Your Best Shots” Photo Contest Winners
National Wildlife Federation and its treasured publication Ranger Rick magazine are thrilled to announce the six prestige winners of Ranger Rick magazine’s national competition, “Your Best Shots” Photo Contest. The award is given to young photographers who capture original, inspiring, and jaw-dropping nature-themed images of either wildlife or landscapes.
Ranger Rick’s “Your Best Shots” Photo Contest is ongoing with winners selected every month by judges. Contest winners are featured on the contest website’s homepage in the Recent Contest Winners slideshow section. The online winners then compete for the “Your Best Shots” magazine award. This award is given to six photographers who will have their photo featured in the upcoming December/January 2015 issue.
“Ranger Rick magazine has worked for many years to inspire children to reconnect with nature in different interactive ways,” said Mary Dalheim, editorial director of Ranger Rick and Ranger Rick Jr. magazines at the National Wildlife Federation. “These photos are great examples of how inspiring and thrilling nature and wildlife can be!
