APPOINTMENT OF NEW CFO

Oslo, Norway (3 February 2020) - NattoPharma is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Schrama as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Robert will join the company on March 9th, assuming the CFO responsibilities from Kjetil Ramsøy, who has been holding the positions as both CEO and CFO since February 2018.

Robert joins from Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where in the role of Consulting Partner he successfully headed the European team for finance transformation. Prior to TCS Robert was the CFO for Damco Benelux and Switzerland, part of the A.P. Moller- Maersk Group. In addition, Robert has served in various senior finance and audit roles in the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark and the USA.
