Approval of annual accounts 2007
The Board of Directors of NattoPharma ASA has today approved the financial statements for 2007. NattopPharma's net loss for 2007 is NOK 5.9 million, which is identical to the preliminary results released in the stock exchange notice dated 29 February 2008.
The Board of Directors proposes to the ordinary general meeting that the negative result after tax NOK 5.9 million be set off against earned equity.
The annual report for 2007 will be distributed to the shareholders in connection with summons for the ordinary general meeting which is scheduled 9. May 2008.

Godkjenning av årsregnskapet for 2007
Styret i NattoPharma ASA har i dag godkjent årsregnskapene for 2007. NattoPharmas underskudd etter skatt er NOK 5,9 millioner som er identisk med det foreløpige resultatet som ble publisert i børsmelding 29. februar 2008.
Styret foreslår overfor selskapets ordinære generalforsamling at underskudd etter skatt på NOK 5,9 millioner overføres til opptjent egenkapital.
Årsrapporten for 2007 vil bli distribuert til selskapets aksjonærer i forbindelse med innkallingen til ordinær generalforsamling som er planlagt avholdt 9. mai 2008.
